I/We agree to pay all charges /bills incurred by me/we during my/our stay in Resort.
Payment done at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Outside food consumption is not allowed in our restaurant.
Rooms can only be occupied by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

For any damage caused by the guest to the resort property, the guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Resort.

Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the reception. Visits are allowed until 8 p.m. and in case of extended visit (after 8 p.m.). Resort management will charge additional, as a supplement for the next guest.
Restaurant service is available from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm and 07.30 pm to 10.30 pm. From 4 pm to 7.30 pm only beverages/snacks will served in the Restaurant.
Breakfast buffet timings: 08.30 am to 10.30 am
All checkouts done after 11 am will be considered as late checkout and an additional cost of Rs.500 per hour will be applicable. For Dormitory rooms, it will be Rs.1000 per hour. If checkout is done after 6 p.m. 1 full day charges will be applicable as per the room tariff.
Guests are not allowed to take out any non-consumable inventory and below-mentioned items from the Resort rooms.
Eg:-Pillows/Blankets/Bed linen/ Towels/Crockery/electrical equipment/stationery/artefacts and other items.
Pets are strictly not allowed in the Resort/Water Park premises.
Resort/Water Park management is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicles during your stay there. .
